Molly Tarlov, an American actress, who has been appearing in Awkward since 2011, is best known as Sadie Saxton. Tarlov is the younger daughter of a family from Manhattan. At the age of 10 she played the role of Mrs. Peterson as part of an Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was a hugely praised performance by a crowd of seven graders. The summer she studied at NYU Tisch and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training in various acting styles. The Atlantic Theater Company also taught her, and she was able incorporate writing into her performances in her LAByrinth Theater Masters Course. Molly changed her winter coat in exchange for dark sunglasses and headed towards Los Angeles. A three-word part in iCarly immediately caught the attention of her parents. Since then, she has been on TV in a variety of roles. The actress also developed the character of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a suave and flimsy pretender that she is good at basketball, even though she's far from it. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
