Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes plays an American actress best recognized for her role as Detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS police procedural drama series CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence as well as the role of Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama series The Resident. Her breakout performance in the role of Eleni andros Cooper on the CBS soap opera Guiding Light was also praised. The actress has also appeared on 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians, The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted to a movie with Vlas Parlapanides (the pair who created The Immortals) is thought to be in the works.
