Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, NC. He also serves as the Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping future generations of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous articles on the internet as well as a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. They have three kids.
